Make sure you’ve already generated and copied your signature from the Superior Biz Solutions Signature Generator.

πŸ“₯ Steps to Update Your Signature in the Outlook Web App:

  1. Open Outlook:
    Log in to your Superior Biz Solutions Microsoft 365 account via the Outlook Web App at outlook.office.com.
  2. Access Settings:
    Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open "Settings."
  3. Go to Signature Settings:
    In the Settings menu, type "Signature" in the search bar and select "Email signature," or navigate to "Mail" > "Compose and reply."
  4. Paste Your Signature:
    In the signature editor, paste the copied signature code from the generator. Ensure the editor is in HTML mode (it usually is by default in Outlook Web).
  5. Set as Default:
    Check the boxes to apply the signature to new messages and replies/forwards (if desired), or leave unchecked to add manually.
  6. Save Changes:
    Click "Save" at the bottom of the signature editor.
